Niteo Services announced today that David Raila joined the organization as Chief Technololgy Officer. Mr. Raila is a veteran within the technology industry having founded or participated in the creation of five technology startups during the past 15 years.  Mr. Raila has over 16 years of experience in systems engineering, software design, and network architecture. He is a Senior Computer Scientist and PhD candidate at the University of Illinois.
